This includes: full name, email address, phone number, country of residence, organization or school affiliation, years of experience and massage modality background, emergency contact name and relationship, registration type and selected competition categories, payment card last 4 digits (for reference only, full card details are handled exclusively by Stripe), promo codes used, and any messages or notes you submit through our forms.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: process your event registration and payment, communicate event updates, schedules, and important notices, verify eligibility and manage competition logistics, respond to your inquiries and support requests, generate event credentials and certificates, and improve our website and event experience. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Payment Information
All payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit or debit card number on our servers. Only the last 4 digits of your card, as entered by you for reference purposes, are stored alongside your registration record. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data and can be found at stripe.com/privacy.
4. Data Sharing
We may share your information with: event co-organizers and staff who need it to manage the competition, third-party service providers (such as Stripe for payments, and government or regulatory authorities if required by law. We do not share your personal data with sponsors or other third parties without your explicit consent, except as required to fulfill your registration.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including for administrative, legal, and archival purposes related to the event. Registration records are typically retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the event. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and analyze site traffic. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
